I would get those vitamin drinks like insure that will replace what u can't eat. If it goes on for a month I would go see ur doctor never know u could have something medically worng w u. Suggestions on how to control facial expressions (more)?

I have no trouble with keeping my mouth shut or controlling my body language. But I have a lot of trouble controlling my facial expressions, they're just so...obvious. Like if I'm scared, uncomfortable, or disgusted people can tell. To just quit making them sounds like it should be so easy, but it isn't, at least for me. The problem is the facial expressions happen before I even consciously realize I'm making them, it's like a reflex. I really want to control them and know how to keep my face stoic and expressionless for the sake of being polite.

Last week, I had a Hair Relaxer put in my hair. I left it in for a little less than the recommended time, because i had dyed my hair black about a month beforehand. I thought it would be fine because the box said not to use the relaxer if i had dyed my hair less than 2 weeks ago. well, my hair started FALLING OUT in the shower as i was rinsing it out. and i didn't freak out at first, but then MORE started falling out. by the time i was done showering, a lot of my hair had fallen out. it's a wonder i still have any hair at all! but i trimmed it afterward, and put some conditioner on it. nothing made it better. it has been days and i still see little difference in the feel of my hair. the breakage has almost stopped, but my hair still feels really gross. i havent applied heat or anything since it happened. i have tried hair lotion, grease, nexxus split end binding stuff, even a henna'n'placenta treatment. none of it has made much of a difference so far besides the breakage stopping. what can i do to help my hair get stronger and healthier again? I am 25 years old. I have been sick for the last 5-6 years. By sick I mean, tired, sore, cramps, etc. I have suffered from migraines since I was 15 years old. I also get very painful menstral cycles. Well, after I had my son 1.5 years ago, my "female" health has went down hill. Since I take heavy duty meds for both of these issues, I don't feel like I am taken seriously. I had a laproscopy about two months ago. The doctor at that time removed 3 cups worth of blood that had resulted from a ruptured cyst. This is my 4th cyst this year alone. Since the lap though, things are bad. My cramps, which was the reason for the lap, are not any better, worse in fact. My bowels are now being problematic, the ER doc said I probably have IBS. From what I have read, IBS does not just get dramatically worse. Every day, I have to run to the restroom for either debilitating cramps, or severe urgeny to go #2. I'm really scared, and I feel like I am so sick of doctors blowing me off as a drug seeker and not doing their job. My finacee has even been scared due to such a drastic change in my health. He doesn't scare easily. We are concerned I have cancer of some kind. 50-80% of paps don't catch cancer until the end stages. I have two toddlers, I don't want to leave them alone with no mommy. I am freaking out. I can't take this stress of not knowing and no doctor listening to me. I am about to go back to the ER that admitted me for the lap and get re-checked. I don't know what to do. Oh also, at times when my blood has been taken my white counts were low, and I had severe anemia, but it's not always consistant. I have also had several abnormal paps over the years and then a cryo and then nothing further. I am scared beyond belief. Please don't be mean, you don't know me, I just am sick of seeing doctor after doctor with terrible pain, and no relief. I also get fevers, nausea and fatigue regularly. Why won't anyone listen?

Growing a herb garden, but its not growing!?

I started a small herb garden in my backyard. In this spot last year I had 4 large tomatoe plants that did quite well. This year I added some topsoil, small amount fo compost and sheep manure. I have two tomatoe plants which are doing well, but the herbs are floundering. I have basil, thymem rosemary, mint and dill. I planted chamomile and lemon balm in containers and they are 3x thier starting size. The other herbs have not grown at all and the bugs are attacking them badly, especially the basil. I have tried small containers with beer, crushed egg shells, and today I used the diametaceous earth powder. I also tried insectisde at one point with no effect but to kill some leaves on the basil. Why arent these herbs growing? I did use some miracle grown as well 2x. They have been in the ground for 4 weeks now. Should I pull them up and put them in containers, or add something to the soil and start again?

you can't really just put all of your stuff there unless you host through someone. i had a similar problem with my website www.ladytazendra.com i knew what i wanted to put there, but had no clue as to go about it. so, i decided to do some research and discovered that i needed a web hosting company to do what i needed done. i decided to use www.diminar.com to host my website. i sent them all of the information i wanted to post on my web site, and they were able to put it up for me! once you decided upon a host, they usually will have options to upload your own files through ftp or other means, or if you have a slower connection, you may be able to mail them your files and images on a cd for them to post for you. although they may charge for this, depending on who you use. i use ftp for my website and it's really easy. it's like having a folder on your computer to move the files to. the only way i know you could do this yourself is if you own your own hosting server and know a lot about html coding. hope this helped! good luck!

Hi there, First, it is very okay to want or need to take time out from being ually active, or until you feel okay with it. Most importantly though, I believe he will have to address his addiction which is no different than any other addiction that requires help and support from professionals. Of course it is very normal for a woman to not want relations after finding this out. It is very difficult to be attentive if one thinks he wants or needs this or is visualizing someone else in order to have relations with you.... Only he can address this and he may not see this as a problem but of course it is as this is very degrading to women and many men as well. If he agrees, then counselling may be the best route to take for you both, but of course the issues he has, he alone must deal with and you can support him through this, without pressure. This can be worked through but it will take a great deal of commitment & effort but nothing is impossible when two people love each other, to say nothing of the daughter you both will raise.... I am quite sure he would never like his little girl watching or being any part of the world that he is involved with. Wishing you much wellness and I sincerely hope this will work out for you all.

I'm 17 and my brother is 8, we've lived in house we live in now for 6 years. For the first months living there, it was fairly normal, had an eerie feeling, but it is an old house. The first year living there, we got the bathroom changed, we got a new shower, painted the walls. After that was done, I had a dream that I was under water in the bathtub a dark figure was over me and I heard the word "help" being screamed. My brother apparently had the same dream because he woke up crying and told my mom, and the next morning I told her the same thing. Ever since then, strange things started happening. Pictures would be knocked off shelves when you walk by them, blinds would be hit, you can hear footsteps, just strange random things. Last night I had another dream. I couldn't see anything in the dream but someone was talking to me, I can't remember much, but it was something like, "I'm here. I wait at the stairs." Or something like that. It was a female. Why am I having dreams like this? Should I get a recorder and record at the stairs or in the bathroom? What do you think?

I had pregnancy induced hypertension and am currently on labetalol to treat it. Due to extreme swelling during pregnancy, I was discharged from the hospital with a perscription for furosemide (water pills) to get rid of the extra water. I had 3 doctors treat me while I was there. A perinatologist, a cardiologist, and a hematologist. All are aware that I was feeding. I just went on the internet and it's telling me I SHOULD NOT feed while on furosemide. Why would they perscribe me this if they know I was feeding? Do the benefits outweigh the risk? There's this girl I really like, I don't want to say I love her yet because I've only been talking to her for a few months. All my friends told me not to talk to her because she was NOT going to have . But I didn't care because I liked her for her. Hi, before I go on I just need to say that these voices have only been appearing in my head for the past three years or so (started getting them around 2006). So here's what I have to say: In 2006 my parents split, my dad moved out, and my mum got with her new boyfriend who was a drunk and gambler. However the anger continues to build because of my dad; he is this delusional man. what i mean is he seems to think that he can become a millionaire within the hour and spends so much money on internet businesses hoping and even believing that he will make "$40, 000 a month!!! buy now and make your living!!" and it's all a load of bullshit but he has spent over �50,000 on businesses which have collapsed in front of his face cause he is so gullible. i hate him so much for the stupid things he has done with money and is still doing! Anyway, the voices appeared in 2006 and they weren't doing or saying anything really, they just talked to me when i was alone or upset. They would just say things like "calm down" and now it has grown into something huge. Every time I get upset, angry, or when I'm even bored, they pop out and start either abusing me (calling me spotty due to me going through puberty, short *** as I'm not very tall, **** up, or useless cause I didn't p my GCSE's at school and I quit college, but i was experiencing a lot of stress at that time with mum's BF, parents splitting etc.) or they will just sit there. They know I know they're there if you get me, but they will just bother me but not say anything. And now, quite recently, they've started popping up at completely RANDOM times. When I'm having a job interview, when I'm talking to anyone, when I'm trying to work something out etc. they just come up and make me loose my concentration and that gets me angry then they start tormenting me about my looks etc. and so it goes on! I don't know if this is just me being silly or whether I'm depressed or what?!? I need advice about what to do, and no my dad doesn't know about this neither does my mum, or anyone actually. Every time I think I have got rid of the voices they seem to come back stronger than ever. I sometimes have trouble sleeping and I am currently not working or anything. For 4 months I have been sitting around in my bedroom feeling so scared to do anything with myself cause I feel I will just make the voices in my head worse. I did get a job for 2 weeks in december last year but no I'm in the same predicament as I was in. Help me, please.

i was in a similar situation at the beginning of my pregnancy, although my numbers never dropped. they are supposed to double every day or two and mine were not. they sounded like yours. my doctor also told me that he thought i was going to miscarry because HE read my ultrasound wrong and dated me weeks earlier than I really was. I guess numbers only double in early pregnancy (then they start to level out). I went to another doctor and had an ultrasound done. he found the heartbeat right away and I've had a great pregnancy ever since. I understand how you are feeling...it really is an emotional roller coaster. my advice to you is not to worry about someone telling you that you are going to miscarry. you know your body and trust your instincts. also...find yourself a doctor that you completely trust! it makes all the difference in the world. good luck

I just had my second c-section on Wednesday August 12, 2009 with my baby girl and everything went great! I was much more prepared this time than the first time. It is a very scary feeling I won't lie about that. But just try to relax when going into surgery and do not tense up when they are giving your spinal block and remember not to hyperventilate. With my first c-section I almost paniced when I was numbed and laid flat down on my back, it was a very scary feeling and I almost lost it. Recovery is going to be rough and it will hurt very bad for the first 2 weeks. Just don't try to over do it and remember to take it easy. You will not be able to lay flat down in your bed at home for the fist week or two so I slept on the couch and it was actually very good sleep. I wish you the best and just remember it is all worth it when you see your little one.

I am male and just shaved mine for the first time, not completely but took most of it off, because it was growing so much that it was beginning to get tangled in my foreskin causing pain. I shaved it with an ordinary disposal razor. Is it normal to shave it, I have to say it looks and feels ier with less hair. My 26 year old son has no place to live....?

I am having anxiety amidst "mother-guilt" because I refuse to let him stay with me (for the umpteenth time). I really don't feel I am helping him be responsible. He hops from job to job and seems to go through "friends" like he does socks. Yet everytime he is in trouble, he calls on me. He spends his money frivolously and comes to me to bail him out. I gave him money to move out on his own in 2002 but he came back in 2003 and just left again in 2005 (I evicted him). I don't want to see him homeless but he literally consumes me when he stays here (i.e., uses my toiletries, won't clean, eats all the food, won't buy any, etc.). I say, let him stand on his own two feet - he'll find a way to survive. What do you say?

It depends how much I disagree or if it's something I feel strongly against. If it were just a pro-life/pro-choice thing or I felt it was someone harmlessly expressing views that happen to differ from mine, then I'd still listen. If, however, it went to the extent of being hateful towards certain groups of people, then although it wouldn't change my opinion of the music, I wouldn't listen to it. I actually switch between some cheap smooth tires I bought for when I want to commute on my mountain bike (for variety), and the high tread tires it came with for off road riding, when I get a chance to go to a State Park. It's easy and quick just to change them around when you need. This way you won't wear down your high tread (often expensive) tires on the road. I think that the majority of people nowadays think that the above names are girl names. Last time I heard of a man named Ashley was from the book/movie Gone with the Wind! (And he was fictional lol) I do not know any men with these names....but I know a lot of women with these names. As a real estate agent - this is the kind of house that scares me. Ugly is OK, most ugly can be changed. Tilting houses are not OK, even ones with charm. This place would have to be on an absolutely prime lot to be worth the expense and grief. There is a good reason that it has been on the market for a year.
