Writing your own wedding vows...?

My fiance and I decided to write our own vows when we got engaged. I am a poet and I love to write so I figured it would be a snap. That was a year ago. I am a month away from D-day (lol, j/k) and I have nothing...I don't know where to start, what to include, I want to make it funny but I want it to be a little sappy too. I took 3 months off from thinking about it and I figured that eventually something would come to me. The few times I have sat down to think of something I spend about an hour and I end up with a blank sheet of paper every time. Suggestions on how to get ideas? I don't want suggestions on what to say...just suggestions on how to get ideas to better come to me. Thanks!
