Would you purchase a home with structural issues?

As a real estate agent - this is the kind of house that scares me. Ugly is OK, most ugly can be changed. Tilting houses are not OK, even ones with charm. This place would have to be on an absolutely prime lot to be worth the expense and grief. There is a good reason that it has been on the market for a year.
