Pregnant or paranoid???? am really anxious..?

I am on my second month of the pill. I had on june 3rd whereby we also used a condom. I also had last saturday and have bn feeling really queezy the past few days. I have like a pain in my upper tummy under my bone.. I have taken a test and its negative.. I took the pill at the same time everyday. Do you think its a stomach bug or cld it be pregnant?? Am so worried..
