Does this lead to the breakage of my hymen ?

A few months ago i had an accident in which i fell from my terrace (65ft) . Luckyly i escaped with a few surgeries n am okay now... Recently wen i had with my boyfrnd for the 1st tym i did nt bleed . Do u think that fall would hv caused my hymen to break ??? Help me plzz
