I need help on this very bad?

alright so i like this guy and hes my friends.. he flirts with me all the time and wants to see my in skimpy clothes.. he doesnt like me. today we hung out and walk to ritas after school and he put "stand by me " by ben king on his ipod and said "this is very romantic dont u think" and i giggled then he said " i will see you tonightt!" with a flirty voice i really want him to ask me out andd Ughh idk . pleasee helpp =)
