How do you know if you have a LISP??? help!!!!!?

How do u know if u have a lisp? everyone keeps telling me i have one, but when they tell me to say something i say the same way they do and then they laugh at me. is there a way to know if u have a lisp? if so how? and if u have a lisp is there a way to get rid of it? please help me!!!!!
