Does anyone know the correct quotation for "All creatures are God's creation, know them well"? please

This was definitely not a hymn - I think it will have been from some famous naturalist - possibly Sir Peter Scott - or someone but I cannot find out who. Of course it might just be ANON. Anyone recommend a good website to find out??
