Hey, I used to be athletic when I was younger and gained a mive amount of weight over a two year period due to life situations. I'm just getting my life on track and getting back into a fitness regiment. Began eating a lot healthier and working out again. My question is, is it okay to lose that much weight that fast? I haven't been starving myself--I like food too much--and I was just curious as what could cause such a drastic weight loss? Is it due to my regular diet being so high in calories and going down to a healthy number?
