First I would think twice about your husband. Sounds like he might need to seek some help. You said your daughter is out having with boys (plural??!!??) Pregnant at 13? I guess you have a couple options. One is to seek the government for financial istance and another (may be against your beliefs) but you might want to consider possibly terminating the pregnancy.
