Drop David Ortiz? Is he finished?

Should I drop David Ortiz? It looks like he is finished. Plus, most of the Red Sox faithful have lost hope in him. Alex Rios is available. Even though he has struggled, he seems like he is a better bet than Big Papi at this point. My team isn't that strong in HR total, but it doesn't look like Ortiz will provide me with that support anyhow. Should I consider his career and pick up Rios?
