Alcohol and cigarettes are legal but marijuana isn't...?

Marijauna has been illegal since the 1920's. It would be difficult to survey the "middle aged caucasian men" that proposed and ped such laws on their personal habits. Your arguments are based more on opinion than facts and do not really address the issue of whether or not marijuana should or should not be legal.
