How can I view weather channel moving radar maps on my iPhone?

how do you view radar maps on Iphone? Normally, it says I need flash player, but one day it was storming, and we were having tornado type weather here in tx, and my maps mysteriously began to work just like they are supposed to. They moved and everything, just like on a regular computer! Now they don't work again, and it says I need flash. What could be happening? You can't view flash on phone.,,right? Why did the maps work during the storm? Does anyone know why I can't view flash or what apple may do to fix the problem? Has anyone else visited the weather channel website on their iPhone and experienced similar inconsistences? The reason its important is around here you have to keep an eye on the weather. It sucks when you're on the highway with the tornado sirens blaring, hail smacking your car, and a black cloud coming up behind you. I really need that weather page to work.
